I had the best experience today at this Bridal Shop. The owner Ellen and her lovely assistant Sharon where fantastic. They made me feel so welcome even though I didnt have an appointment. Being an older Bride they listened to what I liked and didnt want. They were more than happy for me to try a few different styles and very honest with how the gowns looked on me, which I really appreciated.They have a lovely selection of styles, for all ages. And I am pleased to say, I found my dress.Thank you ladies. Will definitely recommend you. Your 23yrs of experience shines through and I look forward to the fitting xxDebra Hughes

Such an awful experience with awful staff. The women who helped us is 100% in the wrong profession. She was very rude and makes you feel like an inconvenience.We had been told of how awful it is there and that you are not able to even look at the dresses. Even if you accidentally see one you might like she says no ( all behind curtains ) The first question was budget and I think she was only letting us she the top end dresses.The younger girls seemed ok but the one we had, which seems like the manager is awful.Even if I had found a dream dress there I would never purchase it from this store.
Many thanks to the staff and owner of Wedding Belles in finding and preparing my 'Mother of the Groom, outfit. I arrived at the store despondent, having failed to find a suitable outfit in many shopping trips, and was recommended to try here by a friend in the area. I was delighted with the dress found for my son's large formal wedding and indeed received many compliments on the day. The staff were always pleasant, attentive and patient on my numerous visits to retry with accessories and for alterations and preparation. I also thought the price was very reasonable, especially in comparison with other stores where I think a higher price was likely to be charged in light of a plush city centre location. I have recommended Wedding Belles to friends seeking their own wedding outfits. Many thanks. We had a perfect wedding in the sun!
